RETAIL SHOWROOM
This project involved many aesthetic details, unlike our usual projects. We make use of our competent expert to build this in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia for our client PT Javashoes for their retail showroom.
AAC AND DRY MORTAR FACTORY
This is one of our biggest projects with PT Ducon Tetrablok Indonesia. Due to our client's demands, we are able to build a factory of 4.5 hectare in just 12 months.
OFFICE BUILDING
The sleek design and strong foundation of this office building are inspired by the vibrant and everlasting ink product of PT Berkah Prima Perkasa based in Jakarta.
SILICA POWDER FACTORY
Great functionality and durable building are the concepts we have in mind in building this factory for PT Hosana Mineral Inti based in Jababeka, West Java, Indonesia.
AUTOMATED AERATED CONCRETE FACTORY
This is one of the few projects outside Java island that gave us some challenges. As we try to branch out away from our comfort zone, we try to break our limits by taking projects outside Java island. We built an Automated Aerated Concrete Factory for PT Maccon Makassar based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
WAREHOUSE
Five warehouses built for PT Multi Citra Chemindo Nusa in Citeurup, Sentul, Indonesia.
17000 sqm of land and 9300 sqm of building can provide spacious storage place for tire manufacturing raw materials.
